I’m creating a 1-2 game scenario immediately after Earthfall. We’ve switched to PF2 (not remastered yet). In a prior 3-yr campaign, I created an island continent in southern Arcadian Ocean for these same players. In my lore, it was founded by lost ships borne by the massive tsunami of Earthfall.

So this new short game is to explore that fact in time on this same continent.

I’m allowing any known race at that time. For any orcs or dwarves, I’ll allow that they are far-reaching scouts or lost teams, which still allows them to have come to the surface anywhere in Golarian.

I’m also starting them at Level 3 so they have some fun skills & feats already.

When I DM I always create “secrets” that the PCs can potentially discover to spark interest for future scenarios & threads.

For this land, the players know from before that it has a strong connection to the First World, and, that it has ley lines.

I’m adding a new twist, in that crystalline flora & fauna can be corrupted near those ley lines.

For our one-off game, they’ve already shipwrecked on the coast, with only 3 of many ships surviving. They have 2 simple goals:
1) Save as many people and critical supplies as possible. Two ships will be stranded outside the cove on a large reef, 1 w families & the other w supplies.
2) Explore to find suitable area nearby to establish colony.
While they landed in a cove, it was washed out by the tsunami leaving a massive cliff for them to climb first.

For a 1-2 game one-off, are these reasonable goals?

Any suggestions for pacing if I want to have 1-2 action scenes (rescuing vs reef/sea creatures) and the 1 large skills challenge (cliff, w minor creatures)?

Thank you!

Some creatures in the Harry Potter universe already exist in PF, like centaurs, giant spiders, giants, pegasi, merfolk. I’m looking for conversions/stats for the rest. Has anyone seen these anywhere?

I love to mix in multiple sources into my campaigns. I found one example where one writer has taken a stab at creating PathFinder stats for a Xenomorph (Alien). I've spent a couple weeks searching but have found no such stats for the Predator (Yuat'Ja in their own language). Hoping someone here has either found such stats, created them themselves, or is willing to give it a try.

In my home PFS game, my 3rd level players will likely run into a now-dead NPC's muse - a Nymph. They didn't kill the NPC she was supporting, but she doesn't know that. So depending on rolls, there's a real chance one or more of the characters may get blinded by her Beauty. They're shipwrecked on an island, without access to advanced magics.

So, can she voluntarily cure or remove their blindness if they successfully convince her that they're friendly (they're trying to help the NPC's daughter, who is a Soul-Bound Doll)?

Thank you!
