About Tom Wiggs
Description: Tom is short and small of stature. He normally wears small wire-framed glasses and a black bowler on his slicked back black hair. While he is not a large man, his hands have obviously seen hard work. His clothes hide many scars from growing up on the streets of London. This is a man who has suffered a gunshot a time or two. Not to mention the myriad stabbings and cuts from being on the wrong end of a knife.
Background: Tom Wiggs was born to a mighty poor family trying to make their way on the streets of London. His father, often unemployed, sometimes found work on the dock, and more oftentimes didn't. At a very young age, Tom talked his way into an apprenticeship with a locksmith. When his mum grew ill, it didn't take his elder brother long to figure out Tom's skills would be more lucrative if used in a more shady line of work. While clever, the two of them ain't the brightest blokes on the block. The money was better, but not steady. Still, they get by.
Life was tough, but Tom was a tough kid. The coppers pick him up every once in a while, but neither he nor his brother have spent any real time in a jail. Everyone knows they don't get their money from an honest day's work. In the past few years they've drifted apart. Tom works more as a freelancer and his brother, Eli, started dong regular work as a leg breaker.
