Since this seems to be more generic than just my own tracking number, I thought I should mention that http://www.ups-mi.net seems to time out, and that's true whether I try my specific number or try to look at the site generically, and it happens on both Firefox and Chrome. I've been trying for about a week at this point on and off.

I know that subscription customers get a PDF as soon as a book ships; is there any way for preorder customers to get this benefit if they aren't subscribers? Since you folks don't do preorders on pdfs, I don't see any obvious way, even if you are willing to also preorder the physical book.
