When I placed this order, I used the discount code from my 4th edition books preorder and it appeared to show up correctly with the discount. However, when I got the confirmation page and email, the discount is shown on a line near the bottom, but doesn't appear to be applied - the total is different from the previous page and the item prices don't appear to include it. Is this a display error or do I need to redo the order to get the discount?

Could I get these two orders (953758 and 964492) combined, to be shipped whenever the preorder in #953758 is going to be shipped? Thanks!

I'd like to place an order to ship with my CoCT #8 (ongoing subscription). Is there an easy way to do this? I don't see the CoCT #8 order up yet, though it looks like it should be soon based on the message boards, so I don't want to miss shipping my normal order with the subscription. Thanks!
