Liberty's Edge 2/5

Hey All, looking for a bit of insight here...

So I have a character that wants to take Sign Language as a Language. I am okay with it, but I worry about what happens if they go elsewhere.

The confusion arises from the Addition Resources book Black Markets. Specifically it shows the book in the Additional resources, but not if sign language is Legal or Illegal. Personally, I am of the opinion that it is legal until otherwise noted. However, looking at other entries for other books it states explicitly if other parts are Legal, or Illegal.

Just curious what the general consensus is, and if there is a ruling I missed somewhere.

Thanks everyone.

TL;DR: Is Sign Language a valid Language in PFS?

Liberty's Edge 2/5

Ok, so a week or two ago I ran a session that one of my players had already been in. We run the scenario and in the events of it the party finds a spellbook, with spells both he and another character do not have.

They both copy the spells into their spellbooks--expending the costs for doing so and all that, but then the player who had been in the scenario before (with a different character) erases it saying he couldn't get anything from this scenario.

I have checked in everywhere I could think of and the only thing the rules mention is he does not get another sheet or any of the items from it.

The rules also mention that you can consume a scroll to add it to your spellbook mid-scenario as well.

Could my player have scribed the spells even though he already was in the scenario?

Summery:
Player played in the scenario before with a different character, can he still scribe from a spellbook found in game?
