History
Teelos Greygrin comes from an odd family. Raised in the trees of the Chondalwood until he was twelve summers old, his family moved to the city of Korvosa. His father was a skilled craftsman, making intricate wooden adornments, viewed by the affluent as must-have works of art. With his father busy working and his mother running the storefront and delivering contracted goods to their patrons, Teelos was free to run loose in the city. He played with the human children, used his telepathic communication ability to play havoc on the merchants, and had a grand time doing it.

Teelos worked for a time as runner for a local criminal, Gaedren Lamm. Eventually, Teelos saw his friends get hooked on some of the drugs purveyed by Gaedren. After losing too many friends in the streets, Teelos quit working for Gaedren and was forced to step a little faster to stay alive on the streets.

Upon reaching his twentieth summer, Teelos left Korvosa to visit family in the Chondalwood and to carry sad tidings. His father and mother had passed in the same year, old age finally taking its toll. After a brief wake and celebration of their lives, Teelos set out to return to his adopted home and see what wonders the city would hold form him now.

Personality
Silver tongued and quick witted, Teelos spends most of time talking himself into and out of predicaments. He has no moral aversion to separating a fool from his money and enjoys a good scam. That said, he will not take advantage of the down trodden. He generally avoids combat unless he can stage it for his advantage. He loves learning new tunes and can often be found humming them to himself.
