Tarnikos hits the pits and spends way too much money gambling it away.
"I certainly hope so. I need to blow off some steam."
"Sure seems like that's how he sees this whole thing sometimes..." Tarnikos frowns to Emaline. "People here call me Tarky."
"Do ya mean me? I'm right here." Tarnikos lumbers into the room, unsure of the situation.
Tarnikos grins like a madman but says nothing, showing his lack of injury.
Tarnikos beats feet and gets away from the jail as quickly as possible.
Tarnikos takes the wounded greycloak by the chin, forcing him to his knees before cutting his throat.
Tarnikos rushes in and attacks.
Tarnikos loops around and returns to the jail, out of breath. That's the hardest I've ran in a long time. Now for the finale. He pulls out an amulet with Halthar's sigil painted on it, draws a knife and heads inside.
Tarnikos breathes a sigh of relief as the armor deflects the bullet and sprints back down the side alley. Again, leading them away from Hutch and Velaris.
While Hutch confronts Velaris Tarnikos is fighting off a small army of greycloaks.
"Down here, ya useless rats!"
Not totally happy with the caltrops' spread, but recognizing it will have to be good enough for government work, Tarnikos books it to the end of the alley and gets cover, poking his head out occasionally to see where they are relative to his trap. Once they get to the caltrops, fire your two shots, then run to the next corner, fire one more, than get scarce.
Tarnikos checks his three pistols and the utility knife he'll use to cut the caltrop bags and waits for greycloaks to come round the corner after Hutch.
"I'll cover your escape then. I can hang a few bags from the lamps filled with caltrops and cut them open after you pass. Anyone who gets by that I can probably pummel and run away from in a different direction."
Tarnikos puts him out with a series of heavy-handed punches.
Tarnikos waits to see what Hutch wants with his prisoner, hoping he'll just have Tarnikos put out his lights.
Velaris! Tarnikos runs after the gunfire from bad Hutch, roaring furiously.
After seeing Hutch is ok, Tarnikos runs forward and kicks the gunman in the mouth.
Tarnikos slips in behind Hutch.
I'll lead, one stress for Tarnikos getting his smash on. Tarnikos reaches around the door, grabs the guard by the head and slams him and the door together.
Tarnikos decides to have some fun 'redeeming himself' by serving soup and doing other volunteer work, making nice with Narnya.
And training to do better at the whole talking-to-people thing.
Tarnikos cracks his knuckles and waits for someone to tell him what he's supposed to do.
Then you go and get another right? As for XP I think Tarnikos only gets one for taking that poor graycloak for the ride of his life.
Tarnikos is annoyed at being outdone in his one specialized area by the rest of the group and decides to act on it. He immediately grabs the last enemy and proceeds to heave him upward so he collides with the nearest electroplasmic lantern.
Tarnikos decides he'd rather not get whatever Velaris pegged the man with on his own skin so he sidesteps and trips the visually-impaired man before stomping on his head.
Those are some charming people in that sub yeesh. These rules sound reasonable.
Tarnikos leans over Velaris' shoulder and grins madly.
Ritual Sanctum makes the most sense I think, even though Bound in Darkness sounds dope as hell.
Tarnikos goes heavy as well, cackling maniacally as he loads up.
Tarnikos agrees with Mender and thinks we should also see where the inevitable retaliation would come from. He grabs some local toughs and convinces them to tell him where the greys are.
Hey! I've been in the midst of a winter storm and internet has been... difficult to come by. I can get behind beating up some greycloaks.

Tarnikos goes to find some of the people working as sources for the mysterious hunter and "encourage" them to change sides. =6 After that he goes to help address Mender's friend's security concerns in Crow's Foot. =4
Tarnikos... didn't do much so I guess that's no individual experience for me.
Tarnikos isn't one to get squeamish when there are deaths that need happening and he isn't one to be skeptical when Velaris says what needs doing. He leaves with the rest of the group.
