Indeed. Considering the rules are meant to be read as conversational English, and not as a symbolic logic equation where words can be parsed for added, unintentional, "RAW" material, I am astounded at the mental acrobatics that many use to twist the rules into deviations such as this.How long did it take you to come up with this post?Oh? Mental acrobatics are a leisurely stroll to a physics major. As a new player, I truly did not intend to open a rift to the Rules Lawyer plane; this is but a casual inquiry earnest to how I'm wired.
Imagine explaining the rules to a child in preparation for their first game. That's how the game is meant to be read.
