Born to parents who's romance was forbidden by both their people. Svelk's early life was spent on the run as White witches tried to hunt down his family for letting something as silly as romance take precedent over duty to the nation. Not welcome in his father's lands(Lands of the Linnorm Kings) his family moved south. Finally finding peace in Taldor his father took up a post as one of the Ulfen Guard. Raised in Oppara, Svelk was taught the ways of witch craft when it became clear he had no skill as a warrior. Now his training complete he has set out to find adventure.

Svelk is a short solid young man with Blue eyes and black hair and beard already streaked with grey and white.
