Appearance: Tall even for a Trandoshan, Surussk's dark scales make him appear much more malevolent than he actually is. Though tall, he is quite thin for his species. Surussk's experiences and practice have made him unusually quiet and graceful for a Trandoshan, which is akin to being unusually dim for a star. He tries to emulate human facial expressions sometimes, which more often than not make him look crazed or bloodthirsty at just the wrong moments.
Background: An aspiring Trandoshan who is unusually considerate for his people, Surussk tried leading what might be considered a normal life. Joining the Bounty Hunters Guild with several others from his family, he was a good tracker but not cold enough for the job. A transport mission gone bad found Surussk at the mercy of anti-Imperial smuggler Towan Erelen and his rescuers. Towan surprised him by offering him employment, spurring Surussk to leave the bounty hunters guild and swear a life-debt to Towan. When he failed to protect his Ghrakhowsk from his former comrade bounty hunters, he severed his few remaining ties with the bounty hunters guild and now seeks revenge against them, as well as to help destroy the Empire his Ghrakhowsk opposed.
