Hello, I was wondering as I've just received my authorization email, why isn't the full amount being covered by store credit? I still have enough store credit on my account to cover the full amount, but it's not being used. Is there an issue using store credit to cover taxes? Because that is the amount that isn't being taken by the store credit. Is there anything that can be done to use store credit to cover the full amount? Thank you.

I seem to be missing my subscription items (maps, etc.). Some items show in the subscription areas, and there's Starfinder GM screen in the side cart, but it's missing maps and other items. Is there a way of addressing this?
Hello. I am wondering why my subscription order isn't showing the correct use of my available store credit. It's showing that there's a charge to a card after using the store credit... On Order 3626957, the complete total used store credit, whereas this order (3684558) didn't... Is there a way to fix this as there's more than enough available credit? Thanks.
