Thank you all for a fun table! I hope you enjoyed the adventure and, if you are new to Play-by-Post, will continue to participate in games run through the Cottonseed Lodge.

I will post a link to your Chronicle sheets in this thread between now and sometime Monday (US East Coast time).

Spurtz will head directly towards the clients.

Will be away 14-26. Will try to check in but some wifis don't handle the Paizo website well.

Spurtz will delay as well until one of the creature attacks anyone.

"I'm afraid that is beyond my ability currently but I shall mark it in my records. And an engine to power boats That should sell well," Spurtz says.

"Do you think we can sneak past those lobster things?" Spurtz whispers.

That sounds good to me.

"Yes, let's hope it holds for long enough." Skunk looks doubltful.

Maybe we could look into Ellvard.

Spurtz spots the piece of paper and picks it up, opening it up like he's going to toss it and reads it. He whispers its contents to the rest of the party.

"Yeah the caves seem safer to hide out in," Spurtz says.

"Well, you're in quite a bit of trouble..." Spurtz says.

"Neat? Well maybe you should have known to keep your nose out of this business..." Spurtz says.

Spurtz commands Skunk to head further in while he also moves south.

Spurtz does the "I'm watching you" hand movement and leaves with the others. Skunk looks like he's going to leave a stench but instead wobbles off with the others.

Spurtz looks around the room. "Why are thou so nervous?" Spurtz says.

"At this rate, we're going to need a bigger boat..." Spurtz says.

"He'd want to talk to us soon! This is an invaluable business opportunity that will greatly increase their fortune!" Spurtz says.

Diplo: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20

"You wouldn't want to be the one to let your esteemed employer miss out, would you?"

Diplo follow up: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23

Spurtz doesn't like queueing, fidgeting and tweaking his gear and his companion Skunk.

"Yes, the Ministry seems safer for now," Spurtz says, his mouth full of pickled fish. He encourages those in the inn to help. "We will return. You have my word on it."

"I think I can convert a barrel into a raft. Most of us aren't too big. But first, we need to eat the fish!" Spurtz says, chomping down on one. His companion looks at him with worry.

"Yes, I'd smell worse than a skunk but the sacrifice is worth it!"

Spurtz takes a look at the woman.
"That does not look normal.." The thought of the pickled fish is quite alluring.

Med: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (10) + 5 = 15

Spurtz gathers the others and his voice drops to a whisper so no one in the household can hear.
"She has advanced filth fever, and if it advances further... she'll perish.."

"Aye. We're all in this together," Spurtz says.

"I don't mind the inn," Spurtz says.

Spurtz grumbles, not eager to enter salt water and damage his gear as well as his construct, Skunk.

"Yes, there's lots you can forage here. Mushrooms, moulds, rats.. oh so tasty rats.." Spurtz says, reminiscing about something he's caught before...

"You're a pretty good forger, lad.." Spurtz says, sharing what he knows with the others.

Spurtz looks through the papers while the skunk looks on.
