I don't know about the second one, but as far as the first and third go, here are my thoughts.

1. As written, you can't. He has no interest in you, and has complete faith in Mr. Plugg, who hates you. Making nice with Captain Harrigan is something you'd have to talk to your GM about. At one point later on before the mutiny there is a feast, and you might be able to make some progress with him there, but it comes so late it won't even matter.

3. Use your actions to influence crew members. The most important thing you can do is increase your friends and reduce your enemies, however you choose to do so. Make friends with Grok and Ambrose Kroop if you can. Either Diplomacy to make them like you, or Intimidate to make them afraid of you. If your GM rewards roleplaying, you can help NPCs on their actions or other things like that.

The first part of the game is a tiny sandbox hurtling down a railroad track. If done well, it can be a lot of fun. The status quo is that the officers basically hate you and there's nothing you can do about it but make nice with your fellow flunkies. Plugg and Scourge hate you, and you should probably hate them too.

thanks!

I am playing Skulls and Shackles Wormwood Mutiny and right now we are going really slow and we are definitely not finishing it, but still I just want to know anything that would provide advantages to the 'us' the players. Do not worry I will not use this in game, I am just curious. - I will use this as player information not character information.

Please only give info in part three.

Examples of possible advice/tips
1. How to gain respect / favorability of the captain.
2. Where a secret chest is.
3. How to be gain more gold / favorability / advantage

(That sort of stuff and anything else that would provide advantages)
Once again please understand that this is for pure curiosity.

Pretty sure the spell still needs to be on the magus list though.

Also ok yeah thank you, that would make sense

Paizo classes are wizard, arcanist, and magus. Alchemist and investigator have formula books that function as spell books. 3pp I don't know. Pretty sure the spell still needs to be on the magus list though.

THANK YOU!

I have a very simple question. What are all of the classes that have spell books? I want to know because as a magus any spell that I see in another spell book I can copy to my own spell book. I know that I probably don't understand that but if you want to tell me about that rule please answer my other question too. Thank you!

Sincerely,

Fine ok I will just ask for the best class to play during the campaign

Nobody is leader yet, so technically I could still come in and take that spot right?

You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

Most roleplaying games like Pathfinder and DnD are about teamwork, not "leadership". You don't get to tell other people how to handle a situation or what their character's choices are.

Yes I know our party is a democracy but still in the beginning we will have a slight leader for making some choices.

One of the party members is a bard. Is it still a good idea?

What is the best class for the campaign 'Skulls and Shackles'? All I want to be able to do is have the best chance of being successful and staying alive. When I say successful I mean like wealthy/powerful/highest level/ect... Thank you!

P.S. We have to use 15 point buy.

P.P.S. What should I put my points into including the class.

It's a very broad and big question with lots of answers.

Kingdom Building (sans spoilers).

I'm guessing you're going through Kingmaker? If so, you need to be aware that various events can and will also alter those stats or effects on your kingdom.

That site is entirely legal and is one of the best resources for games rules for Pathfinder, containing every legal Paizo and third-party resource that can be hosted on a website, with citations at the bottom of the appropriate page. Because the site sells stuff, they had to file off the specific names of things, so "Red Mantis Assassin" becomes "Crimson Assassin" or similar.

The Official PRD is actually run by Paizo, but is much less complete, and has occasionally-frustrating formatting (because it's organized by book instead of topic). There you can see it just like it's printed in the book (sans artwork), though not all the books are available, and navigation can sometimes be a bear.

Archives of Nethys is the third part of the "Trifectica" of great resources: it has things printed just as they are in the books (including specific names), is much more complete than the official PRD, but is less complete and less well-organized/searchable than the d20pfsrd.

Hope that helps! Good gaming! :D

Yeah that is the site my group uses everyday. Also we are not doing Kingmaker exactly we are having two groups one villains and one heroes they are both making a kingdom then fighting each other within the world. I just need to know what makes up those stats because I have been doing so much research (I am DM) and I am either just completely exhausted or there is not much on this topic.

if the list is too long then Is there a place/ website I can see this at?

I believe the intent is 1 per hex.

Thanks what about the other question I just asked?

Christopher Utley wrote:
Though the settlement can have multiple districts. IIRC, each hex is supposed to be about 95 sq. miles, and each district is 1 sq. mile. so you could have up to 95 districts, in theory, though that hex would be pretty much useless for anything else (no farms, quarries, etc.).

thank you!

yeah that is what I thought thanks! Also what are things that contribute to kingdom stats - other than Economy, Loyalty, Stability

How many settlements can be in a hex? Can there be multiple or only one per hex?

Thanks Convert

An permanent antimagic demiplane so no one magically comes and steals all your stuff and an admantine golem to protect said stuff.

Can you give me some more info on this like the price and what else I could do with it or what I have to do with it. Thanks!

So Theoretically Say I had 3,000,000gp to spend. What would the the best stuff to spend it on? Also some stuff could be cool stuff, but only like 250,000gp. The rest on awesome Equipment/Potions/Pets/Ect.

I need help. I am a level 2 ranger with a +3 Str and +4 Dex I need a weapon that ignores armor and sheild AC bonus. I have 1100 gold to spend. Thank you!

yeah none of my teammates even together will have over 500 gp but our DM doesn't usually give gold when people get killed so I will just sell stuff until that day

and are mithral things considered well made always?

any good ways to make money fast to get the mithral breastplate

yeah just saw that

And where do I find the mithral breastplate in the book

also What is the best armor under 2600 gp?

Gauss wrote:

Best armor with a +5 Dex mod: Mithral Breastplate (30' mv speed, +6 AC, +5max Dex, -1 ACP, 4200gp)

For 200gp: Chain Shirt (30' mv speed, +4 AC, +4 max dex, -2 ACP, 100gp)

Better protection, less speed: Breastplate (20' mv speed, +6 AC, +3 max dex, -4 ACP, 200gp)

Same protection as Breastplate with full speed: Mithral Chain Shirt, 30' mv speed, +4 AC, +6 max dex, -0 ACP, 1100gp)

Thank You I will probably try to get the Mithral Breastplate

I am lvl 3 My dex mod is +5 and armor check penalty is sorta an issue , bow is preferred I have like 200 to spend but I want options at least up to 1000

Ok so what would the best armor option be for me as an elf ranger

so what does it actually do though?

so what would the dragon hide do for me other than protect me from an energy type

also because it has a hardness of ten will it absorb 10 damage points for me?

Ok so it doesn't break when on me unless it is targeted

So I am an Elf Ranger and I want to get Dragon Hide Studded Leather armor and Dragon Hide has 10 hp so would that armor break after ten hit points are dealt to me?

Gosh some of the fricking kids in my group needed to do a math counts harkness but I said no and now our DM doesn't wanna play without more players! ugh

ok thanks I will do that and I will give the story

ha I over use "I mean"

I mean what weaknesses should he have I mean there has to be something

that is why because our DM has most of the characters being a soul bender it is something he made up and each type has there own special spells and his are mostly going to kill people so I wanted to try and have help with that and see if there were straight shots to killing him

well it isn't going to be totally easy because our DM's sorta character is OP and I don't know if he will like me killing him also Im not sure what tricks my friend has up his sleeves

also after this is all over I will tell all the details

I could actually kill him easily but I am scared a bit for that super low chance that I flub up and I want to know if he has weaknesses

I only want him dead

well all of the party is with me other than him

oh no I meant my character is sorta OP i am neutral neutral

Also my character is extremely good, sadly

Ability scores in order - 16, 20, 16, 20, 17, 16

Also my friend is a very evil character and his mark is a red blood moon (The marking thing is an extra thing our DM made) so that is partly why he has tried to kill me but he doesn't know that he doesn't have to do that

Also to my knowledge the only elvish kingdom is covered by a cloud that has weird creature that will kill anyone in their way

Also to answer other question the Orcs can not leave a certain area for now but there was talk about them breaking that law in our last game
