I've buy a month-to-month subscription to get the last Dragon Magazine.
I was charge 6.07 on my credit card and I paid that bill as soon as I receive it.

A little bit later I receive a notice from Paizo saying that the last number would cost 8.35 instead of 6.07$. Since I already paid the bill of 6.07$ I though that Paizo would charge me the difference between 8.35 and 6.07 on my next bill. Instead they charge me another full 8.35. Is there a way to correct it?

I'm sending a email at customer.service@paizo.com too but the last time a sent a email to this email adresse they never response to it. That why I'm posting here.


I've received issue 353 (march) but never received issue 352(february)
I've send an email to Paizo customer support for more than one week ago but they didn't response yet.

Can i get my copie of Dragon issue 352?

May I suggested an entry in help/faq to explain what to do in this case? I had difficulty finding Paizo customer support email adress too.
