Super happy about this. Very glad that you're doing something to create a new open license that will be system neutral and owned by a third party, that's exactly what we need.

Also can I just say how much I love the name. The ORC license, I mean come on. That's so perfect for an RPG license. Although maybe it won't be a great fit for the sci-fi RPGs and stuff haha.

There seems to be a general issue with the formatting of spell descriptions in the Occult Adventures and Ultimate Combat sections.

Spells are written with the statblock and then a description. In the Core Rulebook and most other sections, the spell description is written with a plain paragraph html tag (<p>). However, the spell descriptions in the Occult adventures and Ultimate Combat sections seems to use the same html class as the statblock, making it look slightly weird and ugly.

As an example, just look at Absorb Toxicity from Ultimate Combat. Its description font is all messed up and weirdly indented.

I don't know how many spells are affected, but it seems like almost every single one. To fix it, make the spell descriptions be a simple paragraph html tag with no class.

About spaceships:

Will I be able to pick and choose my own spaceship systems to have exactly the ship I want? (e.g. I choose to have a pretty weak shield system but I have a very powerful engine or whatever)
Also, will there be pre-made spaceships in the book to quickly choose from?

About spaceship combat:

Will damage be modular, as in, can certain systems be damaged to disable them? Say I'm the gunner and I fire on their engines so they can't make evasive maneuvers or something.

I'm asking this because I've played the indie game FTL and I really liked the modular way the spaceship worked and how you could strategize about what enemy systems to shoot.

Arthur C. Clarke: The Rama Series

It's more of a first-contact story so maybe not super relevant for an RPG, but nevertheless I think it's a really great piece of SF.

I would very much like if Paizo used the metric system for all their systems. Considering that many people across the world is playing the game, having a "non-US" edition would be nice, but I doubt we'll get that.

Until then, I'll continue to homebrew my own metric unit conversions.

Is there any magic item like the Dumbledore's Army coins in Harry Potter? I.e. a group of small objects that change a tiny bit when one of them is changed, leading to a kind of group communication.

If there's no magic items like it, what spells could be used to create such items?

Oh well that is really useful - it would still be nice to have it as an official source though :)

So in the bestiary there are many monsters which are variable according to various factors. Particularly, I'm talking about dragons which have so many different statblocks for all their different ages and colours and so on.

Now, I understand that the statblocks for all the dragon sizes and ages and colours are not in the bestiary book, as it would fill quite a bit of pages. There is not really a space issue in the reference document though so why not fill in the stats for all the ages of dragons there (Wyrmling, Very Young, Young, Juvenile, Young Adult, Adult, Mature Adult, Old, Very Old, Ancient, Wyrm and Great Wyrm)? It would be a lot less work for a lot of GMs to implement dragons (and other monsters that varies in similar ways) if these stats were precalculated and didn't have to be calculated manually by following the rules of dragon age progression.
