As others already mentioned it really doesn't matter whether WotC would win on the court or not at the end.
What matters, that as long as the legal battle goes on, Paizo won1t be able to sell anything, which means Hasbro will literally starve them to death if they won't agree their terms.
If you are curious about how it works in practice there is a Last Week Tonight episode it about how they had to take down one of their episode for more than year because of this lawyerly magic, and there is also legaleagle episode which explains how it works.

Yeah, that's what you get when they hire a corporate CEO, we can phrase it as we want, but it's damn obvious they want to simply eliminate their competitors and Paizo is probably the first on their target list.

Well, theoretically you can be an atheist on Golarion. Someone who says "Gods? Sure I know them! Here is this Razmir guy from Razmiran, who is, in fact, just a powerfull wizard. What's difference between him and your gods? They can grant you access for divine magic? So do demonlords, empyreal lords, the four horsemen... Hell, it seems like even a chicken can grant you access divine magic as long as it is from some outer plane! Face the truth! Your "gods" are not divine beings just some magician who can do better tricks than other ones."
There is difference between knowing that there are some powerful beings out there who call themselves "gods" or acknowledging them as, well, gods.

Special Abilities
--------------------
Ash Cloud (Su) As a standard action, you can surround yourself with a 10-foot-radius cloud of ash, which functions as an obscuring mist spell, except you can see through it clearly. The cloud is stationary, and remains for 1 round per oracle level. Using this ability again causes your previous cloud to fall to the ground. At 7th level, your ash cloud fills with embers. All creatures in the cloud except you take 1d6 points of fire damage per round and must succeed at Fortitude saves to avoid choking, as though they were breathing in heavy smoke.
Cleansing Flames (1/day) (Su) As a swift action, you can take 1d4 points of damage per oracle level to gain a new saving throw against a single ongoing effect. The effect must be one for which you already failed a saving throw. If you succeed, the effect is removed. At 7th and 15th levels, you can use this ability one additional time per day.
Darkvision (60 feet) You can see in the dark (black and white only).
Endurance +4 to a variety of fort saves, skill and ability checks. Sleep in L/M armor with no fatigue.
Lame One of your legs is permanently wounded, reducing your base land speed by 10 feet if your base speed is 30 feet or more. If your base speed is less than 30 feet, your speed is reduced by 5 feet. Your speed is never reduced due to encumbrance. At 5th
Orc Blood Half-orcs count as both humans and orcs for any effect related to race.
War Blessing:Choose two warpriest blessings when you take this feat. Each of these blessings must be tied to a domain granted by your deity or to one of the two domains that represent your spiritual inclination and abilities. Twice per day, you can call upon the minor blessing from one or the other of your chosen blessings. This ability otherwise acts like the warpriest blessings class feature. Your effective warpriest level is the highest level that you have in the class that has the mystery or domain class feature.

Blessings:

Good
Holy Strike (minor): At 1st level, you can touch one weapon and bless it with the power of purity and goodness. For 1 minute, this weapon glows green, white, or yellow-gold and deals an additional 1d6 points of damage against evil creatures. During this time, it’s treated as good for the purposes of overcoming damage reduction. This additional damage doesn’t stack with the additional damage from the holy weapon special ability.
War
War Mind (minor): At 1st level, you can touch an ally and grant it a tactical advantage for 1 minute. At the start of its turn each round, it can select one of the following bonuses: +10 feet to base land speed, +1 dodge bonus to AC, +1 insight bonus on attack rolls, or a +1 luck bonus on saving throws. Each bonus selected lasts for 1 round.
