Hey guys. I'm looking into starting a campaign for a few friends. They have a few ideas for characters they want to play and I'm trying to find a good, large module to settle them in, since I'm not totally competent in creating my own world.

I'm looking for a campaign that starts at 1 and goes up pretty high like an adventure path.
The characters that they really want to play are, fairly unique. The main character is going to be an inquisitor, based loosely Victor Saltzpyre. The second is going to be a neutral-evil, poleaxe using gnoll-like fighter. The two are, while conflicting in ideals, using the comradery of each other for selfish benefits, both likely to take betrayal teamwork feats.

I've been browsing over Paizo adventure paths, and I'm kind of liking a few but nothing is really standing out to me as appropriate to the inquisitor as I'd like.
So far the ones that I remotely feel are appropriate are Second Darkness, Carrion Crown, Hell's Rebels, Council of thieves, and to some extent, Legacy of Fire.

The ones that stands out the most to me so far Carrion crown and second darkness.

I think Carrion crown may be a good fit, but I'm kind of curious about recommendations from anyone more experienced than myself.

Hello guys, I made an account here just to post this question.

A friend of mine may be doing a pathfinder game soon, and I rather enjoy the idea of making an orc ranger who rides a wolf.

However, this seems like a very annoying thing to get to, especially since I'd prefer a worg (They're a pretty big improvement and just way cooler than wolves.) My original plan was to simply have a wolf and take Beast Rider, only to find out that beast rider doesn't help me out in this situation, except in the scenario I'll bring up later.

However, while Orc Worgriders exist it seems as though you can never as a PC orc ride a worg even with Monstrous Mounts, as they're a medium companion made for goblins and other small races.

So, first off, is it possible to get a worg as a mount, as an orc ranger?
I'm fairly certain it's not, despite there being orc worg riders. Sad.

So, next, since that's probably impossible, is what is the best way to ride a wolf? From what I've gathered there's two ways:

One: Go ranger up until level 8, somewhere along the line take the "beast rider" feat, "treat your effective druid level as if it were two levels higher" thus making your wolf level 7 and becoming Large.

Two: Take a level in Cavalier and select a Wolfhound mount.

Are there any easier ways? A friend of mine insists I can get a Dire Wolf in place of a regular one, but I see nothing stating that that is a choice.

I'd love to know your thoughts on this matter, and I might be completely bonkers and 100% wrong on everything I've said, I'm still a bit of a newbie. Thanks for reading.

Edit:I've derped up on my way #1, Beast rider only applies to the selected creature type (The dinosaurs), so that bit is pretty much negated.
