Slotted Boons for 1-26: Truth of the Seeker:
  • Ally: Duskmire Allegiance
  • Faction: Wayfinders
  • Personal: Ferran Heritage
  • Promotional: Promotional Service Award
  • Social: Faction’s Friend
  • Starship: Hero of the Stars
  • Ally Boons:
  • Dream Whispers (Ally Boon): Because you researched its dreamspun tales, the Liavaran Dreamer known as Whisperer of Solar Winds has taken an interest in you. When you slot this boon, the Dreamer imparts some knowledge to you in the form of a cryptic comment that may prove helpful later in your mission. Once per adventure, anytime you miss an attack or fail a saving throw, you can call upon the Dreamer’s mysterious message. You immediately count your roll as being 2 higher, which may allow you to hit your target or to succeed on your save. If you roll a natural 1 on your attack or save, you cannot use this ability.
  • Duskmire Allegiance (Ally Boon): You befriended one or more groups within the Duskmire vault in the mysterious complex of Salvation’s End. When you first earn this boon, select one of the following groups to be your most fervent ally and cross the remaining options off this boon.
Yetis: The raucous yetis of the Muckfur tribe hold regular celebrations, even after their escape from the Duskmire vault. Prior to the start of a scenario, you can partake in a Muckfur party and gain some yeti-inspired confidence before your mission. For the duration of the scenario in which this boon is slotted, you gain a +1 bonus to Strength- and Dexterity-based skill checks and a +1 bonus to Fortitude saves.
  • Muldoi’s Debt (Ally Boon): During your mission on behalf of the Esowath Conservancy, you rescued the kasatha Muldoi and several people under her care. Muldoi vows to one day repay the debt she owes you. How this influence will play out in the future is not yet clear. You will be told if this boon is important to a future scenario prior to slotting your boons.
  • Faction Boons:
    Wayfinders

    Personal Boons:
    Ferran Heritage

    Promotional Boons:
  • Promotional Bonus (PFS faction pin)
  • Promotional Record Keeper
  • Promotional Service Award
  • Social Boons:
  • ▫ ▫ ▫ Faction’s Friend (Social Boon; Limited Use): By assisting various factions of the Starfinder Society, you have proven yourself as a dependable asset. By slotting this boon, if you would fail to earn Fame at the end of an adventure by failing to fulfill a success condition, you can check one of the boxes on this boon. Doing so reminds your current championed faction of your past exploits, and you still earn 1 Reputation (but no Fame) with that faction as if you had successfully fulfilled the condition. You can use this boon only if you would also gain at least 1 XP for completing the adventure.
  • Scoured Stars Memorial (Social Boon): Thanks to your efforts on Songbird Station, the Starfinder Society earned immense publicity from the Strawberry Machine Cake concert. Organizations and people across the Pact Worlds now go out of their way to assist the Starfinder Society. You can check the box next to this boon to do one of the following:
    • Ignore the Fame cost of having your body recovered.
    • Ignore the Fame cost of purchasing the Starship Towing boon.
    • Reduce the Fame cost of receiving a raise dead by 4.
  • Street Cred: Absalom Station (Social Boon): Once per scenario as a free action, you may recollect your dealing with the gangs of Absalom station to provide insight into dealing with other gangers. Doing so grants you a +1 insight bonus to Bluff, Diplomacy and Intimidate checks made when interacting with street gangs or other suitable gang-like groups at the GM’s discretion. You also gain a +1 morale bonus to attack and damage rolls against members of a street gang. Both bonuses increase to +2 if the gang members belong to a gang based on Absalom Station. These bonuses last for 1 minute.
  • Trusted by the Conservancy (Social Boon): Your efforts to protect the event sponsored by the Esowath Conservancy are well-known, and Radaszam has arranged for some additional training from Conservancy naturalists at your convenience. When you slot this boon, select either Life Science or Survival. You gain a circumstance bonus to checks with that skill equal to your current Acquisitives Reputation Tier.
  • Starship Boons:
  • Hero of the Stars (Starship Boon; Limited Use): You defeated the dreaded Besmaran pirate ship, Lawblight, showcasing your determination during an intense starship combat. This boon activates anytime your starship is reduced to 0 or fewer Hull Points. Your starship immediately regains a number of Hull Points equal to its tier × 5. A starship can never regain more than 30 Hull Points in this manner. A starship can never have more than one of these boons attached to it. When this boon activates, cross it off your Chronicle sheet.
  • ▫ Loaned Ship: Sunrise Maiden (Starship Boon; Limited-Use): You can only slot this boon in a Tier 1–4 scenario, and everyone at the table must agree to you slotting this boon. When you slot this boon, rather than choosing the standard starships presented in the Starfinder Society Roleplaying Guild Guide (such as the Drake or Pegasus), you can instead choose to take the Sunrise Maiden. The statistics for this hull are presented below. This ship can be further upgraded with Starship boons from other characters in the group as normal.
When used in Subtier 3–4, the PCs crewing the Sunrise Maiden gain a bonus reroll that can only be used on a d20 roll made during a starship combat encounter. This reroll is meant to give the starship a slight bonus when outmatched by more powerful encounters. This reroll can be used by one PC and does not count towards the reroll limit for that PC. Otherwise, this ability follows the rules for rerolls (Starfinder Core Rulebook 243).

SUNRISE MAIDEN (MEDIUM EXPLORER) TIER 3

  • Improved Drift Engine (Starship Boon): Members of the Wayfinders have access to some of the most advanced Drift engines in the Starfinder Society. Increase the Drift engine of your starship to Signal Booster. This may affect certain aspects of a scenario, but only if the scenario specifically calls this out. Otherwise, the increased engine gives you extra time to prepare for any starship combat encounter you take part in. At the start of a starship combat encounter, you can choose your ship facing and move your ship up to 1d6 hexes in any direction. Special: A starship can only benefit from one copy of this Starship boon at a time.
  • Slotless Boons:
  • Private Vault (Slotless Boon; Vanity): The staff of the Communion Vaults takes note of your actions in helping to resolve Whisperer of Solar Winds’ dreamspun tales. The staff provide you with a reasonable space of your own within the Communion Vaults. This 20-by-20-foot square chamber can be used to store any major magical finds you’ve recovered or purchased during your travels. You can bring any number of creatures into this space whenever you like. While this chamber is mostly a personal accomplishment and an area you can show off to others, it does have one tangible benefit: the entire area within your vault is warded by a nondetection effect (caster level 10th).
  • Starfinder Insignia (Slotless Boon): Venture-Captain Arvin presented you with a commemorative insignia in gratitude for your services to the Starfinder Society. Although it appears to be an ordinary medal showing the symbol of the Starfinder Society, this insignia can store as much information as a common tier-1 datapad. Unless told about this secret, a non-Starfinder must succeed at a DC 20 Perception or Sense Motive check to realize the insignia is a storage device. This insignia is worth 0 credits and cannot be sold.
  • Marked Field Agent (Slotless Boon): Having met the amalgam of intelligences known as Guidance, you have successfully completed your induction into the Starfinder Society. The Society offered you a subdermal implant as part of your commencement. You receive this augmentation for free. If you declined to receive the augmentation, cross this boon off your Chronicle sheet.
  • Star Sugar Heartlove!!! (Slotless Boon; Limited Use): During your commencement missions, you had the chance to pick up your own copy of the latest album from sugar-pop sensation Strawberry Machine Cake. This album is already a Pact Worlds hit and has quadrupled in price. You can resell the album for 200 credits prior to the start of your next adventure. If you sell the album, cross this boon off your Chronicle sheet. Alternatively, you can decide to keep the album, which might somehow prove useful in the future.
  • Mobile Translator (Slotless Boon): Your connections with the Wayfinders grant you easier access to a rudimentary translation device useful in first contact situations. This elaborate datapad has several additional audio receptors to capture nearby sounds. If you don’t share a language with creatures you encounter, you can activate this device to collect basic linguistic information. The device requires 10 minutes of observed conversation to gain enough information to operate. The device then acts as a rudimentary translator. It does not allow you to converse with creatures with whom you don’t share a language, but it can relate very basic information. Examples of statements the device could interpret would be: “come with us,” “lower your weapons,” or “leave immediately.” The device cannot parse proper names, including personal designations or the names of items and places. Some extraordinary complex or obscure languages might not translate clearly with this device. A Tetrad certified translator has 10 capacity and 1/hour usage.

  • Unidentified Boons:
  • Tip of the Conspiracy (Unidentified Boon): You assisted Historia-7 in learning about a growing conspiracy against the Starfinder Society, though the trail of clues seemingly ended at Songbird Station. This boon represents your involvement in thwarting one of the conspiracy’s plans. This boon might have repercussions in future scenarios, which you will be told prior to slotting your boons. Future scenarios calling on this boon will specify what boon slot it must be slotted in.
