And receives "Remove Curse" as both 3rd and 4th level spells. Which is correct?

The Faith Traits--blessed touch mention that "You heal 1 additional point of damage when using lay on hands, channeling energy, or casting a cure spell." It dosen't mention about Fervor, but as it is similar to lay on hands, I wonder if it could works too?
