Background:
Shariv was born in Scant, the capitol city of Onnwal in the south Flanaess. As a young lad, Shariv found he had a talent for picking pockets and locks, and would have been able to make a tidy fortune out of it. However, he attracted the attention of the wrong people, and at the age of fourteen he was taken from his family and "recruited" by the Scarlet Brotherhood.
The Brotherhood operatives were impressed with his preturnatural reflexes and manual dexterity, but were forced to leave him to low-level positions due to his "impure" (non-Suel) heritage. Since his induction as a lay member, or "cousin," Shariv has worked mostly as a freelance hit man and treasure hunter, with the occasional contract handed down from the Brotherhood to keep him otherwise occupied.
Appearance & Personality:
An amoral and arrogant man, Shariv lives life by one simple tenet: money is prestige, and prestige is power. Due to his longtime affiliation to certain organizations of note, he tends to look down on non-humans with a sort of mild pity. However, while Shariv could be considered morally deficient, he is not evil, but merely self-centered.
He is of an average build, and is rather unremarkable-looking. In fact, he would be rather hard to notice, if it were not for his winning smile and biting wit. He has straight black hair, and has the characteristic Rhennee olive skin and hazel eyes.
