I received this order back in August [Order Number 29606904].
I have been trying to get hold of this product for a long time and finally managed to get it while it was in stock.
5 minutes after removing it from the packaging, while I am testing it out and it has broken in multiple places as I tried to separate the segments.
I sent an email because I thought email would be the best way to make contact, and have been waiting since August for you to catch up on forum comments and emails to finally get a response.
There has not been an update on the email waiting list for almost a month now and I would really like to know what is going on.
I understand things have been difficult this year, and I have tried to be patient, but no activity for weeks makes me very unsettled.
