I am running anniversary edition of RotRL and PCs were exposed to multiple disease. I don't know how to handle this situation.
1. When a PC makes save against a disease from a rat for example. Is he immune to disease from that rat for 24 hours, or despite of the successfull 1st save, he has to make new save each time the rat bites him?
2. What is the situation if a PC contracted (failed save) multiple (different type) diseases? For example filth fever from a rat, ghoul fever from a ghol, vorel's legacy from hounted house? He must roll 3 saves on each day or shall I count only the strongest disease? All 3 of them lowers Constitution, so 3 failed save on them on next morning and it will be impossible to make those save anymore.
