Flesh Rot (Sp)
As a standard action, you can make a melee touch attack and expend 1 point of mental focus to cause the flesh of a living creature to rot and wither. If the attack hits, the target takes 1d8 points of damage + 1 point per occultist level you possess. For every 4 occultist levels you possess beyond 3rd, the target takes an additional 1d8 points of damage (to a maximum of 5d8 at 19th level). If you miss with the melee touch attack, this power is wasted with no effect. You must be at least 3rd level to select this focus power.

I'm interesting how it work with:
1. undead
2. swarm
3. construct
4. elemental
5. ooze.

I have some doubts coz in description "flash" and "living creature".
I did not see official determinations for this terms.

I have "Regional Support Program GM Incentive #3. It`s reward 2019 year.
I didn't have time to fill in all the cells.
Can I finish these awards now?

I think about magus's archetype Myrmidarch.

At 4th level, a myrmidarch can use spellstrike to cast a single-target touch attack ranged spell and deliver it through a ranged weapon attack. Even if the spell can normally affect multiple targets, only a single missile, ray, or effect accompanies the attack.

If i take 1lvl wizard universalist with Hand of the Apprentice.

Can i use sword with Hand of the Apprentice to delivery spell?

P. S. Attack with HoA is treated as a ranged attack with a thrown weapon.

At 5th level, whenever the sword binder casts a spell with a range of touch from the wizard spell list, he can use his bonded sword to deliver the touch attack, including expending a daily use of hand of the apprentice to make the touch attack at range. This occurs as part of the same action as casting the spell. He gains all the attack bonuses that apply to his sword (including enhancement bonuses and relevant feats), but does not add his sword’s damage or effects to the touch spell.

Can spell crit when I use sword?
What is crit rate? 20? Or 19-20 like a sword?

When magus use sword for touch spell he use sword's crit rate. But for wizard I cant find any answers.
