Reworking Sergeant from a pathfinder game.
If PH3 and Martial powers 2 are useable he will be a double blade(fist) fighter.
PS, can I have 2 battle fists, they are equal to a mace but I can still grab stuff.

Ulm wrote: Ulm follows Juco and the others, staying close to Sergeant.
When they are out of earshot of the guards he whispers to Sergeant.
"We met Bergen yesterday, he asked us to investigate here."
"All humans look alike to me, but we did extra information about the relationship between the two."

We are the brute squad.
With a steady even voice. "The Lord Mayor of Magnimar had not had contact with your family for some time and sent us to determine what had happened. After rescuing you and arriving in town we have learnt of the evil reputation of your family. Raiders have invaded this town and have kidnapped the elders and children. The town’s folk of course blame your family.
We need the manor's layout so we can investigate the situation with as little impedance from the townsfolk or your family should they be involved with the raiders".
We are not here to choose sides but we will find out what has happened and take all appropriate actions against any crimes committed".

Also remember that if you were injuried, you got back 1 hp from resting.
Except for me, but it dosn't look like I took any damage from the fight.

Satisfied with what he has observed and remembering Gary Thoughtfinder's urging him not to provoke the humans Sergeant will head back to the inn and wait just inside the door for the others to wake.
n/a Warforged fighter lv1
In his typical deadpan expression, "I am examining the layout of the town to determine the best defense and escape routes for my comrades in case of another raid.
If you like I can also provide the town guard with a few simple stratagems that will increases your effectiveness defending your town. For example if you blocked off the side roads you will force any raiders down the north-south road allowing you to set your defenses and lay out a few traps as well."

While the rest of the group sleeps and eats Sergeant will recon the town looking for the best way to defend the town and also the best ways to raid the town.

The Storyteller wrote: To Ulm, "You misunderstand master dwarf, the soldiers came to take the children and the older folks to be put to death. This was prevented by the town rising up. The only 'children' at the manor are the Staufen children. It is these that I hope you can help save. And I don't think I can convince the people to wait longer than tomorrow night, they are not in the listening mood I'm sorry to say." Bergen looks sympathetically at Sergeant, "I understand how frustrating this must be to you. Though I would probably keep any comments about oppressing the locals to yourself. I would really hate for what happened to the mayor and some of the city watch to happen to you." He looks towards a window facing the town square. "I understand if perhaps you do not wish to get involved, but I believe you could be an aid in minimizing the lose of life. Please sleep on it before coming to any final decisions." He then motions towards the door.
Kyle Rosen starts out the door, "Follow me, I'll take you to the inn now."
Rosen leads you to three story inn. A Mr. Otto Schemp lets you in and shows you your rooms. "If you have any needs, one of my older boys should be able to see to it."
As long as the party doesn't start coming to blows, I'm fine with a little moral conflict.
Hope I'm not causing problems, I'm trying to play a character who has almost no social skills or empathy that flesh and blood characters have.
"Herr Bergen, I was presenting a tactical assessment of our situation, it was not a definitive plan of action. I will endeavor to moderate my comments around others."

"Right, stop the peasants before the cause anymore deaths. Stop the Staufens before they cause any more deaths. Bring the guilty parties to justice afterwards."
"The peasants will be more easily controlled and also more likely to react to emotions, we should deal with them first. We can kill or lock up the ringleaders leaving us free to deal with the Staufens."
n/a Warforged fighter lv1
"The Staufens are the lords of the land, do they not have the right to use their serfs as they see fit?"
"Should we as warders not help them to enforce their legal rights?"

"Not a friend just a stay we picked up on the road to here, he was attacked by some kind of inhuman undead creatures...." Sergeant trails off realizing he probably said too much, heads back to the cart and picks up the unconscious man and brings him inside.

"You held your own in combat, Sergeant. It was I who could not seem to deal much damage with my blade, despite my long years of training. But perhaps, Ulm, you can enchant it for me, if you have enough power, and I will not feel so useless." "Good point , Keep the dagger."

Ilantes Merblaem wrote: Ilantes is silent for a moment.
"Most of the Elven Kingdoms that once ruled this continent have fallen to human rule. We have.... learned to adapt, for the most part."
Ilantes pauses.
"For many of us, the treachery of many of the humans will not be forgotten. But in our long years, we cannot help but see the patterns that humans succumb to. Yes, humans are capable of destruction, but they are also capable of healing, and cooparation, and listening to the natural world, and to the whisper of magic that flows through the planes."
"Thus we have learned, as a species, to be wary of the races that do not live as long as we do. Likewise, we make few judgments based on our interactions with humans. For we know that in the long years of our existence, there is much conflict between one generation of humanity and the next, and what one generation has promised, the next will forget. It is of no matter to us now. We have learned well."
"Don't forget that humans made my kind as well. We are stronger, more enduring and never age. If I am not destroyed I will outlive my maker and his entire race. More Forged are created each year and in time will out number our creators showing a lack of forsight on their part".

"I forgot how fragile you fleshlings are"; Sergeant adjusts his hold on the knight trying to be gentler.

"If we are to take him with us should we not go after his horse as well?"
n/a Warforged fighter lv1
"We should leave, more of the creatures may be lurking around. They also may be after the rider so we should leave him here to avoid his problems becoming ours".

Sergeant takes a five foot step placing the creature between Ilantes and himself.
"Does anyone know if blunt weapons would be more effective?"
If yes Sergeant drops his greatsword and punches the creature.
If no Sergeant cleaves at it again with his greatsword.

The Storyteller wrote: The Commander looks over at the warforge as if considering. And then a smile cracks his otherwise harden face for an instant.
Commander Ismeir Odinburge: "I wonder if that was why Master Ulfin gave him that designation. He did seem a bit put out about having to make ammends as I remember. It would fit his humor to give a designation that is also a rank."
He seems to be half-speaking to himself. And then turning back to the group as if waking up.
Commander Ismeir Odinburge: "You all will have the official rank of Corporal in the Magnimar forces, which puts you above the lowest troops. But as Warders you will act outside of the traditional chain of command in most cases. You are ultimately only answerable to myself and the Lord-Mayor, though you are required to obey the orders of superior officers if they do not interfer with your goal of protecting Magnimar.
Officially you are all the same rank and thus none have superiority over another, but seeing as how I have no officers to send with you, I guess I must assign one of you to make the final decisions when there is not concensus. Let's see ..."
He starts to look over each of you as if taking your measure. He spends almost no time looking at the warforge, the gnome, or the Shoanti, as if such consideration was ridiculous. His eyes keep coming back to the elf and the dwarf. Finally he turns to the dwarf.
Commander Ismeir Odinburge: "As I understand it you are a magician. I think you shall have the final authority with in the group to decide on the course of action when a concensus can not be reached within the group. But in most cases the majority of your group should decide."
"I am only Sergeant now, when I earn my spikes I will First Sergeant. Master Ulfin did not say when that is to occur", Sergeant blurts out, unaware of the humor of his name being a higher rank than his rank. Sergeant then affixes the badge into the docent hollow in his chest so the badge becomes part of his carapace visible all to see.
