Looking through the organized play guide I noticed that the roleplaying requirnments for prestige classes have been waved. Can anyone link me to the actual reference the guide talked about? I haven't been able to find it.

Not sure if it has been explained already but I am not fully understanding how this works. A Flurry of Blows has a nice table that shows the number of attacks a monk gets, so my question is how many attacks do brawlers get?
