Sasha Orlovsky grew up upon the storm-battered heights of Eagle’s Watch, the Orlovsky family home nestled high atop Mt. Veshka. Sasha was a tom-boy. She danced on the walls of Eagle’s Watch at the edge of the cliffs on which the stronghold was built and ducked lessons for letters and womancraft to spar with the boys. Sasha particularly enjoyed tweaking the family priests of Erastil, old men who tried to tell her how a woman should act.
Love for her family might have eventually brought her around, but instead,
Perhaps brought in as her father's master-at-arms?
she met a crusading priest of Iomedae on her way to Kenabres to fight against the Worldwound. The Acts of Iomedae touched Sasha in a way the Parables of Erastil never had. In time, Sasha headed off to Kenabres herself hoping to try her sword arm against the demons. It wasn’t to be. Disturbed by money hungry mercenaries and the Iomedae burner cults in Kenabres, Sasha returned to Eagle’s Watch frustrated and looking for a new opportunity to spread word of Iomedae.
Within a month, her uncle, Lord Poul Orlovsky brought her one. Concerned that a bold move against the Surtovas would end in disaster, Lord Orlovsky made plans with House Garess and House Medvyed to embed capable allies in an expedition Restov planned into the Stolen Lands. A solid southern bulwark and allies in Restov might strengthen the anti-Surtova factions in Brevoy. For Sasha, the opportunity presented an opportunity to found a new circle, to spread the word of the Inheritor to a new land and bring civilization to the bandits known to harry those lands.
