Background:
Sarangari, or Steelscales as his former squad called him, was part of a strike team chosen to go along with a very important Vesk leader on a big game hunt out on some backwater planet. The beast they sought was fearsome, but should have been no problem for the group with the armament they took. Unfortunately once they found one it turned out the creatures were in a mating frenzy so the group had to fight off several of them. By the time the last one had fallen Sarangari was the last Vesk standing.
Having failed his task, and lost all his friends, Sarangari hitched a ride to Absalom Station to try becoming a mercenary instead of returning home. Everyone there likely thought him dead anyway. Appearance and Personality:
Sarangari is a pretty typical specimen for his race, not that Pact Worlders were any good at telling the difference between Vesks anyway. He is 7'3" tall and weighs 380 lbs. His scales a a very dark green and he has particularly long horn spikes forming his "beard" and down his spine. He still wears the ceremonial armor he was given to go on the hunt and looks very comfortable in it. In fact, Sarangari gained the name Steelscales because he is even more at home in the heaviest of armor than most Vesk. The armor was clearly resplendent once, painted green to match his skin, but currently is covered in scratches and even a few dents.
As his people are known for Sarangari values honor and propriety a great deal. He seems more dour than most people are used to from Vesk however. He hasn't been one for talking much since arriving on Absalom station. When asked about his armor he opens up a bit, until he reminds himself where it came from. Update
