He sees himself as a diplomat. A liaison between elves and humans able to soothe confusions before bloodshed occurs.He is a capable singer as song is a major part of the recitation of elven histories and culture. He is capable of using his magic through song but most of the time he uses oratory as a channel for his magic. More often even than that he goes about his business with a carefully considered word, a handshake and a polite explanation and doors are opened to him that magic would have problems forcing. He travels as a minstrel and a scholar, but would be horrified if he were mistaken for a ...... bard.......... He has a half hearted hobby of studying incantations (see unearthed arcana) but has yet to devote any serious effort to it.
