Appearance:
An obviously slow-witted and rather unkept drab looking man in his early 30's, Ryan used to be a guard for the Grand Lodge in Absalom, and still wears the official uniform and weapons.
Background:
Ryan joined the Society's guard in Absalom for job security, without much danger. Having never risen above the rank of private, he was still promoted because of his years of service, and unwillingly became a Pathfinder. He is rather upset at there being no Union in the PFS, and he wants to set up one up in order to have good medical coverage and travel expenses and such...

In combat: Spring Attack
As a Full-round action, so long as he is not adjacent to the enemy he wants to hit, Ryan can move 30 ft. - but has to move at least 10 ft. - and make an attack at any point during his move. His goal is to move, attack, and move away, at least 10 ft., to avoid 5 ft. steps and full attacks, and to bait the people into moving up and getting an AoO agains them.
He has Mobility, so +4 AC vs. AoOs due to moving.
