I have yet to receive my order and was it shipped out on April 19.
I like to cancel all of my current subscriptions.
The card I was using to purchase Tome of Horror complete had expired, but the money for the book was already taken out of my bank account back in August for just the preorder price of 84.99 and not the shipping fee. Why am I being charged again for full price and not just the shipping fee?
For a pending order I was recently charged on the 29th, but as of today according to my bank statement the charge was dropped. Why was the charge dropped and when will my order be shipped?
I would like to change the payment method of the subscription to my other payment method. I talked with my bank and they don't know what the problem is which the is reason Im switching payment methods. Also would switching payment methods only effect the subscription or the entire order as the payment for the pdfs has been taken from the bank? |
