I've got some Warhammer Invasion cards in my sidecart and a currently pending order. Is there a way to make sure those cards ship with the pending order? It's fine if that means it takes a few extra days for the pending order to ship.

I've got this book in my side cart and you show the status as "Unavailable". Looking around at Hero Games' website, the book hasn't been printed and may never be printed given the financial troubles Hero is going through. With that in mind, can I go ahead and remove this from my sidecart? If the book ever does get printed, I'll reorder.

Any chance I can get you to make an order of just the stuff that is ready to go in my Sidecart without the stuff that is still on pre-order? I would like to paint the Cauldron Born mini for a contest and I might not have time if I wait for the September subscription shipment. If the in-stock stuff could ship soon, that would be great.

Hi,

My package came today for order number 1708414 and it was missing two items. The two missing items were the only two items printed on the second page of the packing slip - all the items on the first page were fine. The two missing items were the Specialty Curved Files and the Scion: Gods of Persia book. I'm not in a huge hurry for these - if you could replace them in another order, that would be fine.

This order has been pending for a while now. Is there something specific from my order that is holding this up? Is there any chance that we could move whatever is slowing this down back to my sidecart to ship later? Also, can we move the ready to ship stuff in my sidecart on to this so that stuff ships immediately?

Hi,

The Koshi mech in my sidecart has been listed as Unavailable for a while. Is it eventually going to come, or should I be looking for it elsewhere?

Also, can I get all the stuff in my sidecart that is ready to go to ship? I tried the "Ship As Soon As Possible" button, but that wants to make an order with the Unavilable Koshi and a Preorder item. Can I get an order made from just the stuff that's ready to go now?

I got the shipping email for Order # 1664448 about two weeks ago, but it still hasn't shipped. I haven't added anything to the order or done anything else to it. Is it going to ship soon?

This order arrived today and one of the items was wrong. Instead of receiving one House Liao Light-Medium Lance Set and one House Liao Heavy-Assault Lance Set, I got two of the Light-Medium Set. One of them is mis-labeled as a Heavy-Assault Set but it is not.

How do I fix this?

My sidecart is split into two sections: the stuff ready to be shipped with my next shipment and the stuff that will ship in the future. At the bottom of the "will ship with the earliest possible subscription shipment" section, there is a button to "Ship as soon as possible". I assumed when I pushed that button, it would let me ship all the stuff that was in stock and ready to go. Instead, it trys to create an order for everything in my sidecart, including the backordered stuff and what not. Is there a way to just ship the stuff that is actually in stock?


Can any of the stuff in my sidecart be added to my pending order # 1582935 without slowing it down much? I'm pretty eager to get those Gale Force 9 bases (and anything else ready to go) and I don't really want to wait for the Feb subscription shipment.

Also, the Time of War: Limited Edition book (in my sidecart) shows it is backordered again. Will I be getting this for sure? It is a very limited edition and if it isn't going to happen, I want to know in time to find it somewhere else.

Nothing was listed as backorder when I placed Order 1578861, but when I check my order status, it shows one of the books is backordered now. Can you guys move the backordered item to my sidecart (so it will ship with a subscription shipment whenever it happens to come in). I don't want the backordered book to keep holding up the rest of the stuff in that order.

I got the email that this was shipping soon 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't actually shipped. I tried to post a question about this a week ago, but the forum kind of ate it. (The topic shows up but with 0 posts) However, the day after I did that, I got an email that one of the items was cancelled (discontinued) so I assumed this was moving forward. However, it still hasn't.

What is holding up my order?

I got my email that this order was pending two weeks ago, but it still hasn't shipped. Is there any item that is holding it up? The only thing I am absolutely dying for is the HERO System Volume 1 book. If it is anything but that this is holding up the order, can you just move it back to my side cart to ship with my next order?

First, I have my subscription shipping set to ship as each Adventure Path comes out. Right now, it looks like 36 and 37 are coming out simultaneously, but the system seems to want to ship them separately. Can this be overridden for the late-July shipments? If they are actually available at the same time, I would rather them ship together and not end up paying for two separate packages.

Second, can I skip the Inner Sea hardcover on my Campaign Setting Subscription? I have a standing order for your hardcover books with a local store.

I've got no great urgency on this, it was just an impulse buy when it was on sale. Whatever makes the most sense for fixing the problem I'm ok with.

I have a boatload of stuff in my side cart and I think I want it before the next AP issue is ready. Is there anyway to ship all my stuff that's waiting?


Am I right in assuming that the only way Order # 1247707 is ever going to change from "Pending" to "Shipped" is for me to stop adding a new item or two to it every day?

Nevermind. I see what's up. One order shows that it moved, and the other order shows where it moved to. However, there's only actually one copy. I feel better now.


I preordered Pathfinder Companion: Adventurer's Armory, but I have since signed up for a Pathfinder Companion subscription. I don't need two copies of this, so can I cancel my preorder? Obviously this isn't a huge issue, because this doesn't release until next year, but I figured I would handle this now before I forget.
