Having nothing to add to a nautical discussion on the nature of seafaring vehicles, Robert waits for the group to move on to their new destination. Wondering, not for the first time and probably not the last, how he managed to get himself mixed up with such a motley bunch of adventurers.

Round 1. Robert frowns at the sudden need to fight, he had hoped they would just have a conversation and scare off the ruffians. Seeing as that is not possible he moves into action. Quickly rushing the one who is still standing, Robert attempts to get his hands on his new foe. Grapple: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (12) + 9 = 21
I still have to do equipment. Robert is the last survivor of the Terminy Falls expedition, a failed attempt to start a new town near a beautiful falls discovered by the expedition leader Johnathon Terminy. Everything looked good until the 3rd week there, then town members began to disappear. Turned out the land they had decided to build their town on was already claimed by a tribe of kobold. Over the next week the disappearances got worse until one day the kobold felt they had enough numbers to overwhelm what was left of the town. Robert, along with what was left of the town, made his last stand at the top of the falls they had come to see in the first place. Shaking off the effects of the poison from an earlier inflicted wound, Robert manage to provoke battle with the war chief himself and as his friends and loved ones died around him he threw himself and the war chief over the falls. Barely surviving the fall Robert was forced to limp back to civilization a broken and battered man. +1 Swim, +1 Fort |
