About Roach
5' 11", 180 lbs; weatherbeaten, suntanned skin, long brown hair and blue eyes, about 30 years old. He dresses in a armoured flightsuit underneath an old, brown canvas overcoat and carries a plethora of weapons. Roach hails from what used to be Cleveland and grew up in the outer ruins, hunting small game and growing veggies while dodging street gangs and weird mutants. After leaving Cleveland, he sailed around on Lake Erie, making a meagre living scrounging the ruins along its banks and on the Erie Canal. However, lately he has been chased from homestead to homestead by the depredations of the Wreckers. He walked into Noratom a couple of months ago, and is tired of running from whoever's chasing him - this time, he'll stand and fight.
