Ripley is from the Mwangi Expanse. He’s a naturalist and a warrior, and the self-titled Prince of The Good Folk.
He has deep hatred of the aggressive charau-ka, whose rise has displaced many grippli, forcing them to migrate westward into the Sodden Lands and the Kaava Lands. As the sole surviving member of his clan, he considers himself a prince of his people, a status, in his view, confirmed when Princess Eutropia made him a Knight of Taldor.
As a Pathfinder, Ripley seeks to follow up on ancient accounts by the Valashmaians, a race of longdead reptilian tyrants, suggesting the grippli were imported to Golarion from another world.
