Rilo is an aspiring writer, he travels where he sees fit to find something worth writing about. Though, that is not to say he doesn't have his own worthy skills; his father zeric was a locksmith and rilo spent plenty of time while growing up helping him with his work. How his father passed on is a story that likely you'll never hear straight from rilo, he tends to embellish things as should a good writer.
This young man will do just about anything to get a good tale and has developed many tricks to find information and sneak around; coming from the town of riddleport has also given him the advantage of being less than honest and even more-so, being good at it.
Rilo has traveled to sandpoint hoping to find either work as a locksmith, or more preferably gain some inspiration in writing from the new cathedral and it's visitors.
