Same here...just waiting on info for our trip to the nearest town

"Well that suits me just fine. Lets head out tomorrow to this town. Perhaps we can get more answers there, as well as arrange to pick up the wounded and, hopefully, bring them to medical help. Who will join me?"

"Well lets get these people under cover and patched up, then we can decide on what course of action we should take. It seems like there will be no authorities to come and help us out, so we are going to have to rely on each other."

Richard will begin to go through his things to see what he has that is useful and what can be left behind.

"How close was that town you talked about?"

So..umm..quiet...we still playing?? Whtknt?

"but...how did we get here? I mean, that is all fine and good for the dinosaurs, but it does not explain how we ended up here...."

Richard stands stunned at what the farmer tells them.
Fifty Years...how could fifty years just disappear in a few hours? What happened to us on that plane? And dinosaurs! What the hell happened?

Richard holsters his pistol and helps bring the wounded into the house. He also gets the liferafts first aid kit, to supplement whatever treatments the old woman might have in mind.

"We thank you greatly M'am, sir!. Would it be possible for the rest of us to rest in your barn? We do not wish to mess up your home."

Hearing the voice, Richard looks over his shoulder towards the farmhouse, his pistol still at the ready.

Richard keeps a wary eye on Rick and the house, while still keeping a watch on the right side of the group.

Richard removes his pistol from its belt holster and keeps watch to the right.

Richard finds the valve to the one raft and begins to deflate it. He takes care to ensure all removable items are taken out and stored so nothing is lost.

Once that one is done, he will move on to the other one, getting as many of the other passengers to help him along.

I'm here...LOL

Richard hurries over and helps Rick with the raft.

"Come on people! This stuff will not move itself!!"

"Because he happens to be right! Now lets get moving before another one of these creatures shows up. We can hold a vote once we are all safe and out of harms way."

"Listen, we do not have much ammo, and staying on the beach might not be the best ideal. Lets move inland a little and sort out some kind of camp. We can bring the beacon with us, as we can use the rafts for parts. What do you say?"

We still playing? Have not heard anything in awhile...

Richard heads back to the returning passengers and helps to unload the rafts again. He looks over as Sylar calls out about having a satellite signal.

"I can give you the codes to access the NYPD satcom network. Maybe we can get a hold of the dispatch and get someone out here...wherever here is."

Still stunned by the beast, Richard just kinda stands there looking at it, like it might disappear at any moment.

"A f#^$ing dinosaur. You have to be kidding me...seriously a f#^$ing T-rex. What the hell is going on??"

He still has not moved, however he had holstered his pistol.

I was expecting something, but that could have been anything from Atlantis to aliens....the T-rex was a surprise in that it was a T-rex!!!

"Not a problem, and have not walked a beat in some time."

Expended 6 rounds..will mark it off

Ok..here we go again...its slowly coming back to me..:-)

3d6 ⇒ (3, 1, 4) = 8

Skill is 13 +1 aim +1 Brace -3 vitals +5 size -2 distance (5 yards) = 15

3 shots (at 8, 10 and 14..I think?)

Damage= 2d6 + 2 ⇒ (6, 6) + 2 = 14
Damage= 2d6 + 2 ⇒ (6, 5) + 2 = 13
Damage= 2d6 + 2 ⇒ (1, 1) + 2 = 4

So damages is 12, 11, 2 with the DR subtracted, then x3 for vitals, giving totals of 36, 33, 6. I think...

Can Richard get another shot off on it?? If so, he will.

Oh yeah, I forgot it doubled..was just using a set 2 per shot (so 12, 14 and 16, not 12 14 18...my bad!! Thanks for the reminder!

Seeing the beast, Richard takes aim with his 9mm and pulls the trigger, unloading 3 rounds into the vitals of the monster.

3d6 ⇒ (3, 6, 3) = 12

Skill is 13 +2acc +1 aim +1 Brace -3 vitals +5 size -2 distance (5 yards) = 17

Damage: 2d6 + 2 ⇒ (1, 1) + 2 = 4
Damage: 2d6 + 2 ⇒ (4, 6) + 2 = 12
Damage: 2d6 + 2 ⇒ (5, 5) + 2 = 12

With DR2, damages is 2,10,10 plus damage multiplier of x3 for vitals for totals of 6, 30, 30??.

Now I am not sure I am correct in all of my numbers, so please correct wherever I made a mistake...(boy its been a long time since I used guns in gurps..lol)

Richard nods to Sylar and draws his own pistol. He covers the other side of the rafts, scanning the fog for any movement.

"Well wherever we are it is better than in the water surrounded by sharks!"

Richard takes out his pistol and checks to make sure it is in good working order. He then helps any of the injured out of the raft and onto the beach.

"Maine or Nova Scotia you say? Humm, well lets hope there is a town or something close by!"

"I'm Richard Mirov, NYPD on my way to London for a seminar on terrorism."
He greets his fellow raft-mates.
"What can I do to help?"

Richard turns to look at the French girl.
"What is it now?" he asks, then follows her line of sight to the open water, catching sight of the sinister fin cutting through the waves.

Shark! F#$@ing shark!", he yells.

Richard grabs the black case the man had described and quickly exits the sinking plane. He gets back on board after assisting anyone still needing help, then climbs back into the raft.
"Here is your case sir. What is in it that is so important?"

Iknow what she said..lol!! My character...not a clue!

Hearing Sylar's call of survivors, Rick enters the wreckage to help. He will check to see who is still alive, and who they can rescue.

Richard helps Sylar move as many cases back towards the 2 rafts. He also tries to keep an eye out for his own bag, making sure to recover it and send it back to the raft as well.

RIchard is willing to help you.

Rich grabs his ready bag from the overhead and stuffs his laptop and tablet into the water-proof sack. He then looks to make sure the other passengers are exiting the plane in an orderly manner, assisting any who need his help.

Have not seen any movement on this project for awhile...is it still a go??

Rick leans back and closes his eyes, relaxing as they wait for takeoff. Later, once airborne, he will open up his case and get to work on his presentation, but for now he simply leans back and enjoys the moment of peace.

Ok..here is my alias (Daniel Stewart)....
