Backstory

It would be nice if you could blame Rho’s behaviour on a lack of parents or poor parenting, but his parents are solid citizens of Thoth, just doing their bit to keep things afloat.
Rho likes to cultivate that solid dependable image, rarely partying or socialising, after a short time in the army where his performance was less than stellar, he managed to obtain a rather cushy job in supply. It isn’t his fault that lack of production means some items are missing, or that the quality of a few of the items he distributes aren’t quite up to the same standard they were 5 years ago. Nothing that overtly endangers the small community on Thoth, that would be against his self-interests, but he has certainly improved his standard of living over the years.
All good things come to an end, and new procedures limit opportunities, so it’s time to see where else a quick buck can be made…

Marcus Aurelius Carter – same intake of basic training in the military before Rho managed to get out and into supply. Not exactly best of buddies as Marcus was the golden boy, Rho was a little less...shiny.
Ephraim Cole – Rho has acquired items from Ephraim when he has had to replace missing items, albeit they are never at the quality of what went missing. What can you do, everything’s wearing out nowadays.
