The gang might have already chosen a cover to knock our socks off, but still, it won't harm to try. What do you want the cover of the final issue of Dragon to look like?

  • An homage to Dragon #1, with that "green" dragon done by Todd Lockwood.
  • The Dragon staff as the iconic D&D characters (Jozan, Lidda, etc.)
  • The Dragon staff as the core Greyhawk deities (Boccob, Wee Jas, etc.)
  • A portrait of Bahamut and Tiamat together. Yikes!
  • A portrait of the entire draconic pantheon (including Sardior please - his very first incarnation was in Dragon #37) presided over by Io.
  • A collection of thumbnails of all Dragon covers.

Others?

Only months away from its final issue, and looking back at its run, I was surprised to learn that Dragon had a sister UK edition. According to this website, some of the content differed from the US edition, though a quick comparison shows that the cover art was the same, the text blurbs were just different.

Mike et al,

I'm one of the moderators for The Third Eye, which is a fan-based spin-off of Wizards' psionic column The Mind's Eye. I'm thinking of submitting finalized psionic posts to Dragon the way the folks at EN World's Creature Catalog forums (like BOZ and Shade) submit converted and homebrew monsters. Since psionics doesn't get much coverage, I hope that the site will provide that.

The title says it all. With both Paizo and Wizards proclaiming 2006 as Io's era, I wouldn't be surprised if it's already in the planning/writing stages but can't be confirmed just yet as a hush-hush project.

Dragon editors,

I'd like to submit something related to Stormwrack, and since it will refer to spells and feats in that book, do I still have to "reproduce the integral elements in your article for readers' reference"? The article is slanted towards readers of the book, so I assume that they would know what those are. Also, if making reference to past Dragon issues (like the Deepwaters from Dragon 314), do I need to do likewise? Thanks.
