'He said 'I' not we, that's a good sign...' Raul thought, continuing to watch and see how it developed...
Raul silently holds his position, just in case further locals take up position.
Raul shrugs, taking initiative, and opens his connection. The comforting feeling of power rejoining him causes him to smile as his limbs tingle with energy, begging to be used. "If it's an ambush we're setting then, I'll not have us caught in one ourselves. Let's find a good place to hide then, and if that doesn't work, we can always draw some more attention."
"Well, we know there's a connection here somewhere, and if it wasn't the pig, it's gotta be someone. There weren't even supposed to be people around here. But if we do end up with a warlord or whatever, they'll likely attack us and name their intentions known. That's been my experience, anyway... Nice folks, sure we can leave em alone, but something is here...
"Well, if that's not a sign of civilization, I don't know what is," Raul muttered. "That's no boar's house...but what is it?"
"Maybe we ought to get the jump on them then," Raul says, looking for an entrance to the cave.
Raul took a step back and readied his whip, preparing for anything that might jump out at them and but wanting to be caught surprised.
Raul eyed the rubble with concern, and looked back at Lucas with a frown. Scrambling through the rubble would be hard enough for the those of them with sight... Maybe going around was the better choice. After all, the thing they'd be looking for would likely find them eventually, if they didn't find it first.
"Tenchi's right. Doesn't mean it's not dangerous though. And it might draw attention. We need to stay vigilant. Let's keep going."
"It looks like we could be its target..." Raul says, adopting a defensive stance against the creature as he eyes it carefully, not willing to be surprised...
Raul holds a finger to his lips and made a quiet hush sound for Lucas' sake, signifying that they should remain quiet as they tracked the locals towards the city-center. The signal probably wasn't necessary; none of them had spoken yet, which suggested at least a minimum level of competence. That was good, Raul thought, as they made their way forward. The smoother the better.

"I've spent enough time in places like this to know the signs. If there's people living here, I'll be able to tell."
With silent steps, Raul padded up to where the others on the mission started gathering. He recognized them by face and reputation, though they'd had little in the way of formal introductions in their time training. Breaking his silence and calling attention to himself, he called out, "Hey! Raul here."
Sounds good. I edited a bit and lumped the electronics thing into a talent for perception, evolving it out of his experience scavenging back in the his pre-Ultimatum days. Seemed like the two together shouldn't be overpowered, and they sort of work together: detail oriented and whatnot. The other two facts are intimidation, and an all around capable/hardiness as an outdoorsman. Unless you think I need to modify/edit more, I'm ready to go!
Rough bit for the website! Doubling down in Raul's electric theme, would something related to radio or electronics operation be too specific and/or uncommon given the fact that only biggish govt has them?
I'm still pushing around thoughts on Raul for a third fact; so far I've got Hunter/Tracker/Stealth abilities as a result of growing up more or less as a hunter-gatherer/scavenger and for being nature-y, and a reputation as a bandit-fighter. Feedback welcomed, of course.
