Bought some pdf's today and am having trouble DLing one of them, "Future Races: Ezzana (PFRPG)".

Clicked on it... again and again... but keep getting bounced back to my downloads page with no link offered... even though my list now says it downloaded.

Well... it hasn't. Tried logging in and out... emptied my cache. Still nothing.

Is their a problem with this file?

Tried an email on this last week but still haven't heard back after a week so I thought I'd give this a try.

Way back on Aug 10th I ordered the "1001 Spells" print & pdf bundle. As of today, it still hasn't shipped. Is it discontinued, out-of-print or something?

If that's the case I'd like to cancel the order since for some reason the pdf isn't even available for download until it ships. I'd like to have it, but after all this time I'm assuming I'll need to find a copy somewhere else.

I'd appreciate some kind of response to let me know one way or the other. Thanks.
