About Ragunda

Rangunda's mother fell for an orc pirate who stopped by their tribe's island one time, which the tribe didn't like much. Every time he visited she had to sneak off to be with him. Eventually the little half-breed was born, and immediately disliked by the tribe. Unfortunately, his mother left him there and ran off with the orc pirate when Ragunda was still a baby. Luckily one of the tribal shamans took him in regardless of her dislike for him.

As Ragunda aged he spent more and more time in the wilderness and with animals, who he got along with much better than people. During one of his forays he found a large blood trail. Following it he found a mortally wounded spinosaurus, who seemed to choose the wrong meal that day, and her young hatchling. He immediately set off on a quick hunt and brought back a compsognathus, suffering from its poisonous bite in the process. With great care, and probably a lot of luck, Ragunda approached the baby spinosaurus while his mother watched, and offered the little guy a meal before slumping to the ground in exhaustion. He awoke sometime later with Jubi (the name he later gave the hatchling) curled up next to him and the dead mother curled around both of them protectively.

For the first time in his life Ragunda had a friend and they did everything together, hunting, exploring, swimming, and climbing the small rocky hills. They spent more and more time away from the tribe, an arrangement that seemed quite acceptable to everyone. They had their own little hidden beach they frequently stayed at; really it was more home than the tribe's village was. One day they saw a fierce sea battle between pirates and a vessel flying a flag with a golden bird on a black and blue field. The latter vessel was sunk, but they saw a smaller row boat make its way towards them, only to be sunk by the pirates. Ragunda and Jubi swam out there as the ship was leaving and found a lone survivor who they drug to shore.

They discovered her name was Private Talion and when a rescue vessel came looking for the sunken ship Ragunda and Jubi left with her, having heard all about Andoran and the greater world. He refused to be separated from Jubi, so joining their military was out of the question, but one of the people aboard the vessel was a member of the Pathfinder Society and recruited the two.

On their first mission Ragunda and Jubi were sent to Riddleport with a group of several other newcomers to pose as Aspis Consortium agents. One of them came up with the idea to use code names so they each picked a color and ended up being Mr. Black, Ms. Lavender, Mr. Crimson, Mr. Pink, Ms. White, and Ragunda was Mr. Green, a name he still uses.
