That sounds really rough GM. It sounds like you caught a really bad viral load, hope you make a full recovery. Highly appreciate you updating us. I cannot speak for the others, but personally I am content to wait until you are feeling better, and don't feel rushed because your health should take priority. Wishing you and your family the best.
