Manifest phantom from shared consciousness to incorporeal or ectoplasmic manifestation: 1 minute ritual
Change form of phantom's manifestation from incorporeal to ectoplasmic or vice versa: full-round action that provokes AoO.
Return manifested phantom to shared consciousness: standard action.
When manifested phantom takes enough damage to send it back to the Ethereal Plane, as a reaction to the damage, the spiritualist can sacrifice any number of her hit points to prevent equivalent damage to phantom without using an action.
