About Qa'dar Basil
Qa'dar is the product of an unusual union. He is the son of a Taldan merchant and a the daughter of a Qadiran caravanner. While his family is immersed in the world of trade Qa'dar never had the patience for business. As soon as he was old enough he joined the Qadiran army and served for several years as a siege engineer at one of the numerous keeps along the Taldan border. Having qualms about serving on the border of his father's home nation, Qa'dar jumped at the chance to joined the Pathfinders after meeting one of their agents while on leave in Katheer.
