I played in my first session of a Pathfinder campaign last night and had an absolute blast. I've continued with 3.5 until now, but I think I'm ready to make the switch. I've always loved the products you guys produce, but now I've experienced the game, and I'm on board.

Thank you. And all best wishes for the New Year.

So with Halloween coming up this week, I'm planning a spooky session for my players, involving a haunted plantation, a ghost that can't rest, a vampire to be slain and a devil behind the whole thing.

Anyone have any other ideas? Things I should include? Things I should leave out because they're too cliche?

Just curious what everyone's favorite armor enchantment (and/or augment crystal) is. Please feel free to share stories of how said enchantment saved your butt.

Just wondering if any players have dealt with this issue - and if so, how it went down.

I'm trying hard not to metagame, but it's difficult to sit there while the rogue character does sleight of hand to steal stuff off of dead monsters, which then don't go into party treasure. Last session, I sat there while he tried to do UMD on a wand, and burned 5 charges off of it, when I could identify the thing for free. Of course, my character doesn't even know he has the wand.

How would you handle this situation?
