You would only be able to replay one additional scenario for each star you earn. So in your example, if you had already replayed one scenario, and then gained a second star, you would earn one additional replay.

Myself and 2 of my friends are looking to outsource a GM to the Internet. If anyone would like to GM for the 3 of us we would all be very appreciative, and we can guarantee you a fun night of PFS. Any tier 1-5 scenario is fine except for 0-1 Silent Tide and 4-18 Veteran's Vault. We would like to use Roll20 and a G+ hangout, and we will all be sharing the same computer as we will be in the same room. If you want or need to run a pregen character to make the table legal, by all means. Please let me know if you are interested, and we look forward to running with you!
