Printhello looks around at all the treasures one more time, "Too bad. None of my gear is worth nearly as much as any one piece of this... I guess the use of having a buried treasury is up to Torag to decide." Having said he peace, he starts leaving the room to continue exploring.

"Agreed, I've heard of folks being buried with their most precious possessions, but that wasn't supposed to 'help the poor'."

Printhello looks at all the treasure laying around then looks at all his "weapons". "We can leave these behind if we want to take something. Not sure if this is an equivalent exchange situation or not though. Beside money, is there anything worth taking?" He then sifts through some of the "treasure" lying around to see if there's anything interesting.

Sickle, Quarter Staff, Sling, and Crossbow. I don't forsee Prin making a weapon attack. And he needs to keep his hands free for medic and magic.

Side Note: We could try to figure out how to disable the statue outside the room.

Printhello eyes the opened room with suspicion, "Why would there bit lit torches down here though?" Despite his misgivings, he also starts moving to the lit room to investigate.

Printhello reads the same message and wonders, "But how might Torag judge someone?" Seeing Shaka standing strong, the gnome backs into the doorway, ready to spring in to action in case Shaka is judged harshly. "Oh, going to see what judged means?! Fascinating!"

"A creative use of the spell to be sure... but it's just a constant cleaning spell keeping the armor clean. But the arrangement seems to be some sort of ward. It's unclear how to bypass it or what the consequences might be if we just walk down the hallway. Anyone know of any rituals or customs of Torag that mimic this?" Printhello doesn't bother to lower his voice at this point, his disappointment at discovering the method of cleanliness is palpable.

Having seen enough, Printhello appears to calmly back away from the pit's edge though his commentary gives away his reaction. "Nope nope nope nope. Don't want to go down there. Nothing interesting at all. Just some magma. It's a little toasty in the pit. Would not recommend visitng."

"Huh... Neat! What's in the pit you think?" Printhello, being overly curious, approaches the pit in an attempt to look down. With the sloped floor, he moves inch by inch so as to minimize the slipping risk. Assuming nothing terrible happens... He then wills a ball of light into the pit to investigate.

Perception +5; Light has a 120 ft range and as a sustain action, I can move an orb 60 ft. Sheds bright light w/in 20 ft, dim light 20 more ft.

Etay the cat pads along just behind the gnome looking non-interested though her nose is sniffing.

Search is a good activity if you don't want to avoid notice. You don't need anything special to try to find traps. At least not at low level.... usually.

Printhello starts making his way toward the door indicated by Neppka.

Move north while giving time for the trap-finders to find traps. If possible, Recall Knowledge Medicine to answer Vako's question. Other Relevant skills: Medicine +5; Society +7? Lore Zombies +7?

Forensic Acumen:
Perform Forensic Examination as in Recall Knowledge Medicine in half the time. If successful, attempt an immediate check to Recall Knowledge to follow up on something found with a +2 circumstance bonus.

Printhello packs up his poultices and bandages muttering to himself. "This was much easier when I was practicing on the bodies. Sorry I wasn't much help. I'll work on getting better for the next time." He watches curiously as the fruit changes hands. What kind of food has that kind of power?! Neat!

Waiting around for a few moments, seeing if something else decides to happen, Prin speaks up again, "Well as exciting as a group of zombies was, what's next? Were we looking for anything in particular in here"

Shakka took a 3 damage hit but the 3 action heal fixed it. Shakka should be at full HP. And thanks to the Leshy fruit, Neppka is as well.

"Phew, I thought we were in trouble when my magic didn't take them down... But you all handled it!" Printhello looks over the people that were in striking range before exclaiming, "Neppka, you're hurt! Would you like me to take a look at it before we go back to exploring?"

Never know when one damage might be the difference. Prin cast Stoke the Heart on Shaka to add +2 status bonus to damage. Turns the +1 from Vako into +2 as they are both status.

Gathering his magic, Printhello lets a little loose to assist Shaka before summoning a divine spear to launch at the undead. Etay glows briefly before transferring the glow to Shaka.

Cast Hex Stoke the Heart ◆ (+2 Status bonus damage). This triggers familiar ability to give 3 temp hp to Shaka to make up for the hit a little. Then cast Divine Lance ◆◆ at orange.

Divine Lance vs Orange: 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 7 + 1 = 13

Confused that the others are concerned about the cat being there, Printhello reassures them, "He'll be fine. If anything happens, he just kinda shows up again. Very strange. Also, when I use some of my powers, he seems to impart some aid as well. I call him Etay. Didn't have a name, seemed good enough. He really seems interested in me in the mornings when I'm preparing magic to use. The rest of the day it's like this. Always nearby but not a care in the world."

Thinking he stands in the same category of Vako, Printhello follows as close as prudent. Strangely, an odd white cat follows him as well, walking like this is the most normal place to be.

Printhello has an idea after they start moving, "Oh! I can light your way! Watch this!" He intones a similar charm to the one that created his personal ball of light except this time, he creates a ball a ways down the hallway.

Exploration activity, Sustain a Spell to keep the light 40 ft ahead of the person in the lead. Light shines 20 ft bright light then 20 ft dim light. Should be good enough for low-light vision folks. Shaka, with his fancy darkvision, can veto the idea as he doesn't need light ahead to see. In that case, Prin will keep an extra orb floating above the party to move around as needed.

"Whoah, kinda dark in there... anyone need a ball of light to accompany them?" After offering, he promptly casts the spell for himself, tethering the ball to the space above his head.

However Prin can help, he will. Crafting check to make the spikes safe? Work that as an assist to the effort to open the lock/door?

Printhello nods at the command and scurries off to try to find something with which to help. Unfortunately, he's not very strong and he's already smaller than the others. The log he brings back turns out to be a stick instead. "Maybe my magic will be more help."

Guidance for whatever the next attempt is?

Printhello flinches as the crowbar pings off the door and flies to the ground. Seeing brute force isn't working quite yet, he looks for a hidden switch or button or something to stop the door spin.

While they while away the afternoon, Printhello asks way to many questions about the tomb and the door and the dwarf for which they are doing a service.

Addressing Brodert, "Can you see what you can find out about these shards and where they might be? At least this first one. We kind of don't have any leads other than 'orc script'. We apparently have another task to attend and I would really appreciate it if you could see what you can find."

Printhello starts coughing as he tries to put out some flames. Luckily, he avoids the worst of the smoke he creates as a byproduct.

Printhello's eyes go wide at the sight of the blaze. "Oh no! We have to go see if we can help!" He rushes towards the house to see if he can assist anyone trapped in the fire or help extinguish the flames directly.

Rousing splash technically only targets creatures but if we're feeling flexible... Also, I can cast my hex to activate my familiar ability to give someone 3 temp hp to bravely charge into danger.

"Yep, he's fine. It looks like that first trap just knocked him unconscious for a moment. There definitely seems to be more to Kevin than I thought... If it's ok with you all, can I tag along to go talk your friend? I'm very curious about my former assistant and this hobgoblin connection. If you've already tried to warn others of a threat but they didn't listen, we might be on our own to handle it." Prin includes himself in the group unconsciously even though they've only worked together less than a day. Perhaps he feels somewhat responsible for a part of the threat as he didn't notice anything off about Kevin earlier.

Looking up from his patient, glad that he's awake again, Printhello casts a charm to guide Shaka to disable the needle.

Assuming the others are handling whatever is in the hole, Printhello continues tending to his patient. "Whew, Vako is only asleep. Lets see if this helps..." Standing back, He intones a charm that dumps refreshing water all over the leshy.

Cast Rousing Splash, don't think the temp hp matters right now.

"You awake yet?" the gnome asks, hoping the solution is that simple.

If that fails, do a medicine check to treat poison? Medicine +5

Sensing the distress of his master, a small fluffy orange cat appears to rub against the gnomes legs. Absentmindedly, Printhello scratches the top of the cat's head as he monitors Vako's condition.

Hadn't introduced the familiar yet, now's a good a time as any.

Also surprised by the reaction, Printhello just nods to Neppka and follows his away from the school. "I just don't understand... and that was kinda our only lead. Wait! Maybe Zantus knows if his family! Who mentioned that before? I guess we can go ask."

Or ask Zantus to ask for us while we go try to open a door I heard was of interest...
