Background
Prince Magniventris grew up in a forest kobold tribe that, like all proper kobolds, worships a dragon. Apsu, however, is not like other kobold gods, and Magniventris's dying tribe was harassed by fellow kobolds almost into extinction before a civilized group of dwarves and gnomes took pity on them, sheltering them in their mountain holdfast. Magniventris has grown up in these rich and decadent halls, hardly knowing his primitive past, and is more at home with silks than soil. Many of the traditional dwarves and gnomes, however, were not used to a kobold in high court, and Magniventris developed disdain for anyone to question his noble bearing. He still trained under gnomish and kobold alchemists as a way to further his dragon-lineage: he hopes to breath fire one day, but for now bombs will have to suffice. Being far down his tribe's line of succession, Magniventris seeks to walk unknown roads as The Waybringer himself would and provide guidance and peace to wayward souls.
Appearance
The strong scent of cologne precedes Magniventris, and one might mistake his walk as one of the highborn nobles, were it not for the fact he is a kobold. A bejewelled wide-brimmed hat and flowing purple cloak with a golden dragon's foot clasp seem worn specifically to distract from his scaly green skin, yellow eyes, teeth, and claws. A long, metal-encased tail peeks out from under his cloak, engraved with a common blessing of Apsu, and a bandolier across his chests holds numerous vials and bags. He speaks with a loud and commanding voice, though those that see through his reptilian demeanor can find a kind and helpful face.
