About Portforged

Portforged, from its creation, was a fairly unusual warforged. Although it was built in a creation forge like any other warforged, its House Cannith makers had implanted a bit of essence from a Quori shard into it. The process made it naturally psionic.
Near the end of the last war, when ir was built, Portforged was intended to be the first part of a plan by House Cannith to revolutionize transportation in the war. They had managed to make it inclined towards psychoportation powers, in the hopes that with enough refinement, a future version of psionic warforged could transport entire legions at once.

Unfortunately for house Cannith (and fortunately for everyone else), the last war ended before a better psionic warforged model could be designed--as far as it knows, Portforged was the last psionic warforged
built.

When Portforged acquired its freedom upon the end of the war, it was determined to unravel the secret of itself, and of its own power.

Nomad Discipline Abilities:

Nomad's Step (Su):At 2nd level, as long as you maintain psionic focus, as a standard action you may teleport to a location up to 15 feet away. You must have line of sight to the location and you can bring along possessions that amount to as much as a medium load. The distance increases by 5 feet every psion level thereafter.

feats:

Speed of Though (Psion bonus feat): As long as you are psionically focused and not wearing heavy armor, you gain an insight bonus to your speed of 10 feet. You may expend your psionic focus to increase the insight bonus to your speed to 30 feet for your turn.

Psiforged Body (Warforged):You gain 1 extra power point at 1st level, regardless of whether you choose a psionic class. As you gain experience, you can attune the crystals infused in your body to the psionic energies of your mind. You can treat your body as a cognizance crystal, storing up to 1 power point plus 1 power point per two character levels (up to a maximum of 11 power points at 20th level), and withdrawing those stored power points at some later time. For more details on cognizance crystals, see page 167 of the Expanded Psionics Handbook.

Psionic Body [Psionic] (3rd): When you take this feat, you gain 2 hit points for each psionic feat you have (including this one). Whenever you take a new psionic feat, you gain 2 more hit points.
