Disarming Attack Reads, "For your debilitating trick, you can attempt to disarm the target. Choose an item the target is holding that would be subject to a standard disarm combat maneuver. The target must succeed at a Reflex save or drop that item. If the target gains a bonus to its KAC against disarm combat maneuvers it adds this bonus to its saving throw, and if it is immune to the disarm combat maneuver it is immune to this operative exploit. Once you have used this ability to attempt to disarm a creature, that creature is immune to your disarming attack for 24 hours." Would anyone know what the Reflex DC would be? It refers to all the bonuses but not what the Reflec DC is.
I'm combining book 2 with Plunder and Peril. I'm starting he campaign as Raiders of the Fever Sea, then my group is going to meet Lanteri (not sure how yet, maybe they need crew, maybe they capture her ship) and she's going to try bend them to her will in the promise of great treasure. I think they could still "Crack the Rock" as well and maybe even finish the treasure hunt in Fever Sea. All the 'sandbox' events can be put together at any time. I think its going to be a wild ride, and it gives the PC's options in what they want to do. and I'll just follow their choices. Has anyone else tried this?
Character: Tapphy - Storm Druid eager new press-ganged pirate Death: Ganged up by Plugg's henchment in the bilge. Detail. After deciding not to wear his armor that day, and not to hide any weapons on his body, he is assigned to the bilge (which he's been several times before). This time plugg and scourge pat him down on the way and there are 2 of Plugg's cronies to 'help' him in his duties. After they pick at him for being lazy they pull daggers on Tapphy. For some reason, the Druide decides to cast a trip spell which work but is easily recoverable. 2nd turn (after taking a hit) he finally casts fog to run but its too late. At level one he took 11 points and dies young, the murder being covered up by Plugg and Scourge as a terrible accident.
I have decided to start printing maps for my group. My printer guy tried to blow up and move items from the .pdf to photoshop so he can print just the image (as color printing is expensive). He says the form is secured and needs a password. I called and they won't give me a password, which is fine, but I need to know how to move the images from the .pdf to crop into photoshop so my printer guy can print them. Can anyone tell me how to crop out the maps and move them so I can print them individually? |
